So, does the section below excerpted from the newsletter prove that, yes, Cougar High committed violations by allowing only athletes to sit in UConn's seats at the Final Four? Or can the school do something that boosters can't? Technically who provided the benefits?

may not provide studentathletes or their relatives
with any extra benefits
including complimentary
admissions, access to
special seating in athletic
facilities and complimentary meals. In this scenario, the boosters provided
a student-athlete’s parents with extra benefits,
and thus a violation occurred.
