TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerhttp://espn.go.com/blog/ncfnation/post/ ... has-cancer
Very sad when anyone his age has to deal with serious health problems. He may be part of the competition on the football field, but I pray that he has a speedy and full recovery.
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerWe are in the Frogs corner......get well my friend!
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerThanks for sharing...wish him well
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerHe's a hell of a prospect as a professional player, and I bet some team still will draft him.
Whether he plays football again or not is irrelevant. Get better and live a long, healthy life. Got my fingers crossed for you.
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerGet well froggie!
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerHe is in my prayers.
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerThoughts and prayers for Marcus and the Cannon family.
GO MUSTANGS!
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerGet well Marcus! You are in our prayers big guy.
TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerSecond that. Never want to hear this about anyone that young.
Derail the Frogs!
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerAmen to all of what you guys have said. Hope he gets well very soon.
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerIts a shame because he was forecast to be a late 2nd round pick by the Drugstore List and a 3rd round pick by the Sporting News. However, my niece had this cancer and has fully recovered. Nevertheless she will have to see the Doc every 6 months for the next 5 years to make sure it doesn't return.
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerHope all you guys and gals are doing well! Appreciate the kind words as Marcus is a good kid. Also, he was just drafted by the Patriots in the 4th round so at least he is in a good situation.
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancer
At least he will get to wear red and blue now, by the way was that you at our practice today?
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancer
Why? Did you see a slightly over-weight, balding guy with a shaved head? Just kidding (sort of) but no I was not at the SMU practice. Glad to see Aldrick got drafted (for his sake and for ours!).
Re: TCU lineman diagnosed with cancerI saw a froggy wearing a froggy shirt.
