SMU 31 TCU 21 played in the Cotton Bowl on a hot humid day. This was the last team before the death penalty.

Alex, you remember the weather well. I think the temperature and humidity were both in the 90s. Unbelievable. Ford is nice, and I love the air conditioned club level, but the old Cotton Bowl had an awful lot of college atmosphere when the crowd was decent enough to make some noixe. Thanks for the post.

The next week against Boston College, there was a cold front that blew in, and was actually in the high 50's? at games end.

Ever as in my career as mascot.

I wouldn't have wanted to be in it on 9/2/2000 either.
