Posted: Fri Jun 03, 2011 9:26 pmScout was doing an exceptional job until recently when the publisher was transferred to handle the Nebraska account full time. Site is now floundering without any publisher and only periodic postings by other Scout regional contributors. Site has virtually no responses to any postings and is in trouble with subscribers who need a better product and more timely information.
