It really is crazy how important having a great strength and conditioning staff has become. They are the only coaches that can work with the kids year round.

Hope CB Darren Kitchen can step up as a freshman and play some because we are very unsettled at CB opposite Crawford. But with the JUCO All American Safety coming in and converting to CB and the other fast 4.3 Louisiana CB freshman coming in, we have added some more options there. I'm not expecting another Sterling Moore quality player at CB this year, but we sure need to play a hellava lot better than we played last year when Moore could not play....Assuming we get better at CB and No Sunshine intended, I really like this team this year. Might be the best SMU team in 25 years !

That will certainly depend on eligibility. Too bad we don't have a cupcake schedule, might be the most difficult in 10 years.
