The quality has always been a problem, but you can pay (less than cable) or borrow someone's cstv log-in info and watch it online through them... if they are the ones airing the game that week.

I may be way off on this but I think most of our games are on Fox Sports in the SW region. I do not know that Raplh can get access to that station in New York. I would imagine you will be able to get most of the games if not all, on CSTV All Access and all the viewing problems that come with that but I doubt that cable will do you much good unless you either can pay dearly to receive Fox Sports SW or have a 2,000 mile long cable.
