I remember how much preseason hype about Pardron's work ethic we had last year. No doubt he worked hard and made improvements but he still lacked experience. Teams are built in the off season and with experience.

Why this excites me isn't that kids are working hard, it is that we have experienced players involved and that adds something that isn't calculated on paper.
