It was a bit depressing, but I enjoyed watching the 'highlights' on FSSW last night. Good summary of everything since I didn't watch it online.
The biggest surprise to me was Ruffin McNeill. Had not seen him since he lost all of that weight. Looks like a completely different person.

Did some digging on the FSSW website. They are replaying the 30 min show from media day this Friday at 4 pm. So set your DVR's if you wanna catch it.
Worth it for seeing the new Ruffin alone, much less the football content...lol
