The Austin American poll lost all credibility with me when they put their Longhorns as #25, but it's still nice to see the Aggies will be so highly regarded when we beat them.

Sobering fact for Mustang fans from the article:

Texas A&M is 22-1 in home openers over the past 23 years.

I was there when LSU beat them in the cotton bowl they areent a top ten team yet.They are good to be sure but we can beat them

And they have TCU at #14. Finally a robust schedule to really gauge where this program is.

TCU was a top 8 team last yea and TTech was around a top 25 team at the beginning of the year last year. Last year was a decent gauge as well but this year will really tell. Coach Jones will be a hero or potentially on the hotseat.
