Coach Jones looks like he has some brand new black warm ups.

A lot interesting bits from today's practice that Pride will expound upon in a bit. Biggest thing I took away from practice today was how our depth has solidified. Easily the best since the Death Penalty.

The freshmen, as a group, looked really good, and in the incoming OLs are huge. You know recruiting is on a uptick when your 18-19-year-old true freshman offensive linemen are roughly the same size as your multi-Superbowl winning offensive line coach. I hope BUS returns from Cloud 9 before the season opener at College Station.

Having LeRibeus, Pittman, DJ and Wilkerson this fall ads 3 (and keeps 1) starter. That means the OLs and DLs are both improved (at least on paper) and there shouldn't be much (if any) of a dropoff at WR even after losing a starter to the NFL.

Lasecki does not look undersized at all.

Chris Banjo looks like a bad man.

Wilkerson looks really solid. And Padron is noticeably bigger.

While the first team defense goes through their walk throughs the second team stands in as the offense. They do not run plays, just get in different alignments (two tight end, 4 wr, etc) so the defense has to show they understand their responsibilities with different plays against different alignments.

The guys on "offense" wear blue helmet caps.
