Sophomore wide receiver Stephen Nelson was carted off the field Thursday with an apparent injury to his right foot. Nelson said Friday that he has learned that he has broken the fifth metatarsal bone. Nelson, who is now walking in a protective boot, said he did not yet know whether surgery would be required, but said he was told there is a chance he could return before the 2011 season is over.

This sucks. I was under the impression he was having a good camp.
