THURS...ONE OF THE TOP RATED WR PROSPECTS IN AMERICA CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WANTED TO USE ONE OF HIS FIVE OFFICIAL VISITS TO COME SEE THE SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY...WITH OVER 500 RECIEVING YARDS AFTER TWO WEEKS OF HIS SENIOR SEASON HE IS ON PACE TO BREAK THE NATIONAL RECORD FOR YARDS IN A SEASON...LONG WITH GREAT CATCHING RANGE AND SKILLS AFTER THE CATCH HE WOULD BE A GUY WHO COULD PUT UP HUGE NUMBERS IN THE RUN AND SHOOT...TO GET THE BEST YOU HAVE TO COMPETE FOR THE BEST...PONY UP!

He is good but one if the top in the country might be a stretch. When you say tops I'm thinking top 5 or 10 in the country But the kid has glue on his hands for sure. Really good hands. He would do well in CUSA. Come on the Mr. Dieter with sprockets.

Gamble doesn't qual at SMU ... so it's off to TCU?
That's why it will be tough to beat TCU because of them being able to get quality athletes that we can't get due to their low academic restrictions.

Not true...both went JUCO and then went to TCU instead. SMU's standards aren't any different than TCU's and as Stallion will happily tell you we take a ton of marginal guys now.
