Time Problem

I get that JJ wants to discuss each play with the QB but it wasted too much time and we were drawing down the play clock to 1 second every time. Get the gameplan, run a hurry up offense, let the QB run the plays.

We are a run and shoot offense. Let's see the shoot!

Makes comebacks really difficult, no sense of urgency is displayed and helps the defense by letting them sub and eating up clock.
