should be interesting to see what they do without Ricky Dobbs and Delaware usually is among the top Division 1-AA teams. Opps new Navy QB Proctor goes 75 yards for TD on 3rd play-showed impressive speed

Wow 175 yards rushing by Proctor in 40-17 victory-looks like Navy could be decent again
