Wow. New respect for both Sherman and Tannehill. Great to see such class in their post-game comments concerning SMU. Here's hoping their TOP-25 predictions hold true.

Very classy answers. And you heard it from Sherman first: "They'll be a top 20 team at the end of the year"! Now let's go get it!

I suspected nothing less from Sherman. I've always heard he's a good guy. He had his team focused on the game and not all the distractions.

Wow....nice comments about SMU by Coach Sherman.
Patterson @ TCU could take a lesson in class from Coach Sherman.

But doesn't he want his W to seem as legit as possible.

Classy comments from those interviewed. Nice that we at least got a little respect (although a win would have been better :) ).

GO PONIES!!!

The failed onside kick seemed to be a momentum killer, especially after A&M went up two TDs.

I think the "top 20" comment was a bit disingenuous. I agree that it was a very good win for A&M. They probably played above themselves in this game, and SMU seemed to wear down over the course of the game. If you beat a team by 32, score 26 unanswered and don't allow the opponent to score for nearly three quarters, how is that a top 20 team?

McDermott looked pretty solid as did Line (128 yds) and some of the receivers. The Aggie OL created nice holes for the backs and the secondary seemed to play off the receivers. The Aggie D also seemed to crank it up as time went on.

Yep- we obviously have a lot of work to do. We can start the improvements with crushing UTEP this week.

I may be wrong, but it looked to me that A&M kept most of their starting line up in all the way to the end of the game. There is no law that says they shouldn't, but...
