OSU, TT, etc... but June dares to blame the dropped passes on the lights... wow. gutless. be a man june, be a man. never heard that excuse when BLM was throwing picks... why not blame KP's ints on the adrenaline? No we'll just stick with the lights were a problem for the wr's tonight... Really? emmanuel did fine. Aldrick did fine. Butt MD couldnt lead wr's because the lights were in the wr's eyes?! thats the best coach BS I've heard in a long time
What is the Big Deal? Could it be possible the receivers indicated they had a problem seeing the ball under the circumstances at that time? Could it be that Jones is signaling Again to those who have the authority to alter the lighting that there is a problem that should be addressed? Do you really have more experience in stadiums and their lighting to give coach Jones advice?
As far as the Lei - Get over it too.. Jones will wear what he wants and get what he wants or I imagine he will leave. Do you know he plays scratch golf in slippers? All this concern over uniform design and color is really sort of Gay. Why would he care what you think as long as he and the players are happy wearing the stuff? Do you think he wanted to come to SMU because SMU has a goofy little horse as a mascot that needs to get back the respect of a Mustang? No, he came because you are losers..... He likes fixing losers and upgrading their facilities and making good men out of youngsters. He says what is on his mind and does not have time for whiners with bad attitudes.
Does Jones have a problem? Yes a big embarrassing problem, he does not have a Quarterback that can run the system. Did Jones get duped by Padron when he was showing significant signs of being successful? When he was reacting without over thinking, I believe so. Does Jones think Padron is going to have an AHA moment, game or season? I don't really think so, I may be wrong though.
Personally I believe, unless McDermot can get in rhythem with our receivers which he has shown some sign of ability to do, it is going to be another 6-6 season regardless of which one is at the helm. I think KP peaked last year mid season and is limited because of his mental computing speed skills but I think he could deliver another season just like the last if that is what you want.
I say give McDermot a good shot and at the same time SMU a shot which could possibly deliver 8 or 9 wins if we can ever Shoot.
I Trust in June and like to hear the little details that are on his mind.
