A real test for us. WE need a couple of road wins and this is a great chance. We are 0-3 against the Tigers and this will be our 3rd trip to play them in Memphis. And of course it is a CUSA game.

mrydel and I polan to drive over Sat AM. WE have room if anyone would like to join us.

For those coming to Little Rock on Friday, let's try to arrange a get together Friday evening.

I saw some of the Memphis game yesterday. They are not very fast and the QB is not consistent.

Let's hope they are slower and more inconsistent next weekend. I would love for us to hang another 40+ points on the fed-x tigers. Remeber, this is a school that has been considered over us for the crumbling 12-3.

GO PONIES!!!

A few of us will be in Memphis on Fri night and will tailgate early on Sat morning. Not a fan of the early start.

3-1 after the first 4. I'll take it. Next 4, we go 2-2, then last 4, 3-1 and that's a 8-4. Better than I expected. The next 4 will decide if we are bowling or bawling.

Memphis is considered by many to be the worst team in the FBS this season. If they had lost against Austin Peay, Porter would have been fired 3 games into the season.

The defensive coordinator has already been fired. The replacement DC, Mike DuBose, has been accused of hamstringing the fired DC in order to get the job and put himself into position to get the HC job when Porter is fired. The offense has two coordinators, neither of which call the plays. The QB coach calls the plays. The QB is a true frosh.

Memphis has it bad. I don't know who will win the game, but if there was ever a game I absolutely had to bet on SMU, this would probably be it.

Always hard to win on the road, and we need a couple this year. This is a very important game for us to establish our standing in our conference and to build confidence going into our tough stretch.
