that would be fun, but i'd rather get Illinois. we could beat Illinois. Iowa is a bit tougher.

ESPN is looking for SMU vs Hawaii on 12/24 for the 10th anniversary. I would not be surprised to see this. Ticket City bowl has now been taken over by the conferences and it is possible that this bowl moves to Ford from the Cotton Bowl since they are worried about attendance.

We sure haven't played like a team that will make the Liberty Bowl. At least not yet.

that would be good for SMU to host 2 bowls.

And who has? UCF lost to FIU, UH barely got past La Tech, So. Miss lost to Marshall a week ago. Tulsa has been slammed by very good teams.

The team couldn't get hyped for a bowl game at Ford. I wonder if they would be able to get up for a game at the Cotton Bowl even though it's still in Dallas. I think it would be neat to play a Big 10 team. However, I think it will be too hard for us to get away from the SMU/Hawaii matchup.

i have a feeling we'll be back in Hawaii. it's what coach wants, ESPN likes the matchup for the story, etc.

depends on where the rest of your family's collegiate loyalties lie. if they don't care about SMU, mom's get funny about you wanting to leave to go watch a game. but they'll get over it the next morning.
