Why doesn't Texas go to SEC with A&M?

Why doesn't Texas go to SEC with A&M?UT looks down on the SEC for academic reasons...and they want nothing to do with SEC's football strength.
UT is a double edged sword...they bring TV's and A TON of arrogance. THey've destroyed two conferences already and I doubt they're done yet.
My guess is they're going to be your problem shortly. I'd be lying if I told you that move isn't going to put my Clones in conference limbo...but I'm optimistic we'll be ok. At this point I too just want away from the dsyfunctionalism that is the B12. But don't for a min think UT isn't the abusive, alcholoic patriarch of this mess. And your mom is about to marry him. Texas won't be the big steaming turd in the room if they go to the SEC
they'll be just one of many.
They definitely drove the Big 12, turdwise.

Why would a Texas want to go to the SEC? Why does A&M? if you like playing for national championships, stay away from the SEC untile the 2nd week of January.
