Louisville, Cincy, Memphis, Houston, USF, ECU, UCF, TCU, West Virginia. Then it gets interesting: UAB, Marshall, Tulane, UAB, Tulsa, SMU, Rice for 3 to 7 spots. Army and Navy could also be involved. Utep goes west. This league knocks on the BCS door ahead of the MWC but neither in great position.
