1. What are they? Stick man versions of skull and crossbones?

2. What are the criteria for giving them out? JJMcD has almost half a helmet full, but Beasley has about 3, and Line has about 8?

The stickers are sort of a Polynesian version of the skull and bones using a tribal mask and two crossed spears. Very cool.

I'm sure they can decide if they want to put them on the helmet or not

I think that's the image I posted a couple years ago... people were asking about the Pride Stickers and I have the image JJ used at Hawaii. I colored them red and blue and posted one of each. At Hawaii they used silver on their green helmets and black on their silver helmets. He's still using black here.

As for the OP... I wondered about this too. If I had been in a coma the past month and just woke up today, I would think McDermott was having a Colt Brennan-esque year... how does he have so many w/ a 58% completion percentage, 776 yards and only 1 TD against 2 interceptions?

And I doubt the other guys wouldn't want to display them... they symbolize accomplishments. Maybe June is giving McD stickers for showing up at practice!?!?!?!

I agree they look cool, my bigger point was echoed by Dr. Death. Off a rough estimate I would guess Line was given one for each touchdown, Beasley for each reception greater than 20 yards, and McDermott for each correct read of the defense.
