No way atm backs out on the sec now. If they did that, they would be burning any possible invites later.

If I were the Big 12 this is what I would be focusing my energy on. The expansion candidates will wait.

Isn't the SEC only going to let them in if the Big 12 schools agree not to sue (which they won't now that the conference is not going to fall apart)?

The league might still might lose money because of aggy. Prob not gonna waive eight to sue until a replacement is found.

with the new commish's comments it sounds like he is for more regional rivalries and keeping the south together so maybe we have a chance
