Der'rikk Thompson

Postby SMUfiji43 » Sun Sep 25, 2011 2:08 pm

I'm surprised no one else has commented much on how well Der'rikk Thompson played yesterday. He showed great speed and some solid hands as well.

Obviously Beasley is our #1 guy and we need him healthy, but I thought it was very encouraging to see Thompson have the kind of game that he did. You can never have enough weapons on offense. I hope to see a few more TD bombs to him in the future.

Couldn't agree more. Good to have a speedster with hands.
Those who complain about a problem are simply wasting time they could use to fix it.

Potential is nothing, performance is everything.

The 'Bird' rises to the occasion... he is a good one and glad to have him as we may need a WR replacement for Cole...

Didn't mean 'relacement' per se, just as an additional WR, as we could get thin if we don't watch out, and they will all be juggling various WR spots.
