1000 Games
Posted: Tue Sep 27, 2011 1:28 pmThe win over Memphis on Saturday was the 1000th game in SMU history, although if you go strictly by the book SMU will tell you it was the 990th as 10 games were vacated in the 1998 season. And if you want to get really technical the game on Saturday will be the 1000th game played as TCU forfeited the 1918 matchup. We should celebrate with cake and ice cream.
