I had no issues, but it depends on the zip code you enter. Took me 30 seconds. Just filled out 10 boxes, signed the letter, and clicked submit.

I just sent mine out and Joe Strauss came back. I also added that Dallas is the largest American City without a BCS school to call home...( true correct?)

Technicality.... DFW as a whole Metro area is larger than Houston Metro....we just don't want to mention the Ft Worth angle and those guys over there that are....lol

Technically, you said American City, not metropolitan district.
And New York clearly beats us with both. I pointed out Houston because there is clearly a regional relevance that more closely impacts a BCS discussion surrounding Big 12.
