Interesting read which makes some sense. Didn't know they were meeting yesterday.

How would this work?

12 Game Regular Season
+1 Championship Game
+1 C-USA/MWC Championship Game
+1 Bowl Game
15 Games

Don't see how beating your team up the last two weeks of the season and then rolling into a bowl game with less practice sounds like a good idea.

Maybe the CUSA-MWC Championship will be the BCS game. "Here you go little fellas, just play eachother in the BCS game." Heck, they did that to Boise St and TCU for years didn't they?

At least they're talking instead of sitting on their collective rear-ends like in the past.

Hmmmm - Necessity is the mother of invention & I guess we'll now see what may happen.

While not an ideal situation its better than the current system for the non AQ's.
