Easy pal, might want to relax on the booze. I never said anything about us not having a prayer, what I did was refute the notion that we would have been better off last year with McD instead of Padron. Let's see where we are at the end of the month before we start anointing McD, he still has a lot to work on.

MCD deserves a lot of credit for the win today, but I doubt he was better than KP last year and honestly I still think KP has more talent than he does. What MCD has is poise and a good mind for the game (even though I hated him missing some wide open deep balls and he also made some poor decisions he was lucky weren't INTs). KP will very likely be the starter next year because I expect him to win the competition but you never know.

Not kicking Padron-just stating that McD playing this year with a year if exp would be looking at a very strong 1-loss season chance and possible knock off of A&M. plus Padron would have another year to work and mature. He obviously wasn't ready last year. It wasn't fair to him to throw him in unprepared anyway.
