People kept talking about how Wisky was going to have to beat Nebraska's defense. Well, Nebraska's defense hasn't done anything this season to get that kind of respect. Gave up 29 to Fresno State, 38 to Washington, and now 48 to Wisconsin


Wisconsin is very good though. Don't see them losing this season.

Such is college football. Different potentials and capabilities within a team every year. We have had a great run over the last 2 years. TCU has had a better run. Just this year we improved enough to overcome TCU. Not worried about last year or next year. Just worried about our next game.

In my opinion there is some thing wrong with TCU i dont think they will be the cute bcs story any more their magical run is over

They're rebuilding, they'll be fine next year. You're right though, as an AQ program with 2 BCS appearances they won't be a cute story anymore and will be expected to win the Big East every season.

i dont know man i watch LSU alot when they rebuild you know they will be ok but im telling you something looks off about them now the magic is gone

This is not the first time they've been down since their run started. They've had 3 rebuilding seasons and always followed them up with 10 win seasons. Their recruiting is getting better and with an AQ platform no way they stay down consecutive seasons. Fatterson is a sweaty lunatic but he's not going to allow that program to fall.

If they go 6-6 this year I could see serious drop off in recruiting.

Totally agree. Fatterson is like Leach. very good coaches but total a-holes as people. Makes me more thankful every day that we have JJ and a quality staff.

Their recruiting hasnt been that top notch over the years has it? im just saying we and every one else is catching them and they look bad now against real oppenents not this sneak up and pucnh one good team a year for good press they wont be the darlings like i said in 3 years.once they get to a real confrence and play teams like WVU they are in trouble

Their recruiting has taken a big step up the last 4 classes or so, their player development has always been outstanding. The Big East may have AQ status but it's at the bottom of the pack, too many popgun programs with no stability in that conference. TCU will come in and dominate right away.

So much of football is the mental aspect of thinking and really believing you can win! New year with new players and changes give new opportunities! Still a big win in the public and eyes of the fans...the kind you need to build for future bcs opportunities. TCU has built their program with hard work and dedication to this point and their newly remodelled stadium may be the best in Texas when completed(not biggest but best)! It was louder than A & M with only 35000 in attendance and caused several false starts. Wonder what Ford would be like? Guess we will never know.
