TCU cannot complain about the refsTCU #21 went helmet to helmet with Jeremy Johnson on our first drive. No penalty called.
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsI've watched the game a couple times. I really don't know what they have to complain about.
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsthey don't have anything to complain about....i only saw 1 bad call against them. in fact, my smu fan by marriage husband, was fussing that the refs were going to give them the game.
TCU cannot complain about the refsThey were CUSA refs. I think it was much more clear on tv that they were making good calls.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsI really never saw a good TV shot of the fist Interference call on TCU when the Interception was called back but I thought the second Interference called against the TCU CB was a pretty tough call but Crawford got called for 2 similiar calls-Crawford is going to get that call every time if he has his hands extended on the receiver when the ball is in the air. He needs to tuck his body next to to the WR and then reach for the ball.

Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsRefs always determine the outcome of games. We all know that. It has nothing to do with play calling, athleticism, or execution.

Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsOn tonight's replay, make sure you see Taylor Thompson, tackled from behind on the long TCU run--right in front of the ref.
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsCrawford also got jobbed on the other PI call that was not PI at all.
Calls usually even out, depends what lens you are watching the game through. Generally, if you are an uninterested party, how many times do you watch any game and think "wow, the refs are blatantly giving it to this other team".... maybe once a year? I would say that game wasn't ours. TCU fans complaining about this are idiots. It's like when a pitcher gets a guy looking on what should be a called third strike but the ump doesn't give it to him, then he throws a little temper tantrum, then he gives up a HR on the next pitch. You have to roll with it, it isn't anyone's fault we scored more but their own. Last edited by ObeyMyDog on Mon Oct 03, 2011 9:21 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsStallion, I think that the calls on Crawford late were tough. First one was close, the second more deserved, but he has to maintain his composure. tcu was picking on him from the start. He hung in there. The TT play was oh, .. so were some facemasking calls that went uncalled on tcu.
Go Ponies!
TCU cannot complain about the refsI try so hard not to be biased but I really feel like we were hands down the best team on the field that day. I felt like they were the lucky ones to get back in it. We were whipping them up and down the field. I dont think the refs decided anything. If you lose because of the refs it is your own damn fault.
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsNo complaints on 30 yard penalty on last drive in regulation. Clear grabbing of facemask then a TCU player threw a punch

TCU cannot complain about the refsThat was one of the dumbest things I have ever seen on the football field.
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refs
Excuses, excuses. Gotta put the blame for an [deleted] whoopin' somewhere. Couldn't be that SMU is the superior team on the field. ![]()
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refsone of the TCU guys punched a SMU guy and didnt get called on it even the TV ppl said some thing about it
Re: TCU cannot complain about the refs
agreed, the 2nd half was very lopsided "There ain't nothing you can't solve with one more beer"
