oh the madness

In this last week SMU has:

- beat #20 TCU in FW
- received votes for the Top 25
- been mentioned by major media outlets as a possible addition to the Big East, Big XII and SEC
- become the favorite to get UT's former starting QB
- a head coach who has flipped the bird at our conference champion's bowl game (didn't say it's all good)

It's pretty good to be an SMU fan right now. After years of obscurity, it's very nice. I'm loving it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I dont think any major media outlet has hinted at SMU to the SEC, have they?

Baseball and men's track are both done deals if we get a BCS offer. That will hold up the process for a good 10-15 minutes.

With regards to baseball, I'd like to see SMU play at Riverchon Park. Great minor league facility right off the Katy Trail -a short walking distance from Katy Trail Ice House.
