Sources tell OB Big 12 presidents voted this morning to invite TCU and have formally agreed to grant rights on Tier 1 and 2 TV for 6 yrs.

Good for TCU...welcome to the life of Texas Tech if you are lucky, but more likely baylor....

Well I kinda of hope the Big East decides to consolidate with a Southern Division or we are kinda stuck out in the wilderness. Not really seeing that indication yet but that's what needs to happen

Wonder who the second school is? BYU? Man, that hurts. If UT didn't want one metroplex school, they sure aren't going to want two from the metroplex. vomit.

i guess we'll always have 40-33. Don't erase your Tivos boys. Too bad Turner waited 10 years too long to wake up and get us competitive. Hard work nothing, it took us too long to do the littlest things that should have been no brainers.

this was obviously coming down the pike in my view, but it still stings. Really exposes us and has a feeling of finality.

sounds to me like there is an opening in the big east. once again, we follow in the footsteps of the frogs. they just got a head start on us.

Guess UT is going Indy within 6 years.......
