not great-not doomsday either- but if the Big East BB schools don't allow the Football Schools to have a regional realistic Southern Division in the Big East its pretty damn possible.

Why on earth would we go to Mountain West? At least in CUSA, we have the conference headquarters in Dallas and play good regional matchups.
I never did understand TCU's move to Mountain West. I always figured it was some kind of defense reflex for an inferiority complex that despite all their success they can't seem to get over.

My first preference is a 12 team Big East with Eastern and Southern Divisions however if ECU, UCF and Southern Miss-heck even Memphis backfill the expected slots in the Big East then CUSA would be Sun Belt quality. The MWC on the other hand would be neck and neck with the Big East. This scenario involves the Big East getting chewed up Louisville, UNCONN, Rutgers and/or West Virginia gone

The MWC scenario brings to mind Dom Deluise as Ceaser in History of the World:
"Nice. Nice. Not thrilling, but nice."

MWC=CUSA i dont get that attraction. The reason to move is BCS money. Without that we only make winning and traveling harder - and even less people pay attention to that time zone. Granted the football quality is better, but without the dough all we do is make our path harder and have less fans in our stands (hard to imagine). BE in any form makes tons more sense.

MWC>CUSA- ECU UCF Southern Miss etc. gone to Big East
Staying in CUSA would be a downward move.
How can anyone argue otherwise?

The teams to fill up the rest of CUSA will come from the Sunbelt. We get the hell out and we get the hell out fast.

well that i agree with - just not sure that is what is happening. If so - any port will do.
