But look at the bright side- you would no longer need to buy the lastest SMU garb, you would no longer need to pay a MC premium to get seats and we could fall back into obscurity without anybody noticing.

I don't really believe right now that will happen. Largely because of the changes in the Model in recent years. I think SMU has shown it can compete. I think SMU and UH would get the last two MWC slots-I can't really think of any other candidates other than UTEP and word is that we had offers recently
