Gezzzz...I've got to stop reading all this [deleted]...it's driving me crazy.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Perhaps TCU's major announcement is that they're helping out SMU, contrary to what that dumb piece of [Gary Patterson] Gary Patterson said.

The referenced article still shows SMU and BYU. Not sure what you are looking at.

I think y'all might be talking about two different things. The first post on the thread is the BYU and SMU thing. That is different than what 94 is referring to, I think. I now have a headache.
When will I start feeling stimulated??
