Thank god. Somebody in the conference actually might care about a conference game not involving their school. That is what is desperately lacking.

I have been browsing the conference board for a while now without posting. It has a few interesting threads, but SMU is not well represented at all over there. Seems to be dominated by the old CUSA teams, or the East.

Seems the UCF fans think their D is the strongest part of their game and can limited SMU significantly. I tend to think that UCF hasn't faced the competition we have, the caliber of athletes we have seen and the tight big games like we have. And UCF hasn't faced a balanced strong passing and running attack. I like our chances against this defense and think we can do much better than many think.
