Posted: Mon Jun 24, 2013 12:48 pmBasically a bowl for Syracuse or Rutgers now maybe for both with Syracuse in the ACC and Rutgers in the B1G. That bowl with be hurting if they don't get a northeast team.

The P5 playing each other cutting the AAC and MWC out along with the other G5, or...am I wrong and it's all about attendance? I hope we in the American make some backup deals with the bowls on the lower rung of the P5. However, in truth, I don't care much which bowl we go to unless it is one of the playoff bowls.

Posted: Tue Jun 25, 2013 9:25 amLooks like the ACC will be a player in the Beef O Brady's Bowl against AAC. Will have American on one side, with 3 years ACC, 3 C-USA on other side.
Also, armed forces bowl will likely go to the AAC as well. B1G will be sharing a tie with the Armed Forces Bowl in Ft Worth (2 out of 6 years).
Making some small strides on the bowl front to play more P5 teams, even though we lost Belk and Pinstripe.
