Nothing weird about no hitting until the tech game. The Dallas police won't let their guys shoot guns until an actual shoot out. Don't want to risk an accident at the gun range.

That is fine if Tech does not do any hitting. But I believe Tech does so it may give them an advantage. This also might be why we have a tendency to have a slow start to the season.
