Anyone planning on making the trip up to the Queen City?

I wish I could, I do kind of want to see that stadium even though I've heard it's a dump. Ohio in general just sucks... I have always thought it was cool that the stadium is embedded in the buildings.

I will try, since Cincinnati is driving distance (5+ hours) from Chicago.

Might try to make it. Cincy is the closest town to me SMU plays in this year.

I am either going to Cinci or Memphis.

Cleveland sucks, but both Columbus and Cincinnati are pretty good cities. Cinci has done a ton the past couple of years with building up the riverfront and it is a great area. The area around UC isn't the safest, but it is changing with lots of new building going on. And UC has some of the most interesting architecture of any college I have ever seen.

Anyone going to the Cincy game, please stay in touch. I live in Dayton and will be hosting a tailgate at the game. All welcome to stop by for a refreshment...and talk Mustangs!

I believe that game is the same weekend as the Basketball Team's tipoff game at the AAC. I will be staying in town to watch the bball team.

I am headed to Columbus in two weeks for the US/Mexico soccer game. Heard great things about it.

Fly to Nashville on Southwest and drive. It's 4 hours.

Round trip for the November 11th weekend game on Southwest from Dallas to Nashville is $ 135 one way, and to Columbus $ 165 one way.

I think the architecture at U of Cin. is very weird. And I've never seen a stranger stadium. Downright 70's junk.

Try to fly into Dayton. It is a lot cheaper than Cinci. You have about a 40 minute drive to UC from the airport.
