Since the AAC is bad, how about some revised AAC predictions

I think we could go 7-1 or 8-0 in conference. We can make a run this year and go to a BCS game. Go SMU.

86- I predict that we need to focus on Mt St. next weekend. If we don't it could be a very long season.

I would not dismiss Cincinnati Bearcats, who may be Louisville's biggest game this year. Also, UCF will be a challenge, while Rutgers lost to a good Fresno State team.
I am more concerned about our performance from this point forward.

Cincinnati was the team that I thought we could lose to and that is why I put a possible 7-1 conference record. I think we could beat everyone else.

We will be 7-1 or 6-2 if we lose at Houston.

Just worry about Montana State right now, a team you can very well lose to if you don't take them seriously.

Are there a lot of players and coaches posting on here? Why do people on here keep saying that he focus of the people on the board matters in regards to how we do in our next game? That said, I do think the players and coaches need to be focused as Montana state will not be a push over for us if the team is not focused.

I think very probably 5-3 in conference with losses to: Cincy, UCF, Houston (toss up ut since away I have little faith based on pass results). I think based on how the team played and how awesome JJ is we will squeeze a 1-3 OOC pushing us to a mediocre 6-6. I really am not looking forward to the aggie and frog games...

The AAC as a football conference (for this year anyway) is depressingly down. I don't see how we lose more that 2 or 3 games at the worst. If we go below 5 conference wins should be consider a disaster imo.

First week scores are always an aberration - lots of FCS teams beat solid FBS schools - so I don't put too much stock in them.
But yes, AAC looked very, very bad in week 1 - it seems like the cream will be just as predicted in Louisville, Cincy , UCF.
The rest of the conference I think is a crapshoot. But if we can't find a way to hit chip shot FGs, get pressure on QBs, find a receiver down the field, and get TDs - I don't think we get more than 4 wins.
We have a lot to prove on Saturday against Montana St. Hopefully we right the ship and then improve against TAMU and TCU. 1-3 going into Rutgers - that will be a MUST win.

we may lose to montana state. cannot take them lightly.
our d is pathetic.
d line is as small as it was under cavan and bennett.
why all the talk about june but mason gets a free pass ( no pun intended).
pass coverage was a joke.
enough sunshine.
out.

Boring stuff. Our defense last year was our strength and, despite many graduations, it is still better than previous regimes.
