Update on Joyner Injury (No Ligament Damage)

Postby StallionsModelT » Tue Sep 03, 2013 3:24 pm

Per Joyner's FB page he posted that all ligaments are good but has a "sprain capsule". He doesn't specify when he'll be allowed back to practice but fantastic news that he didn't tear or break anything. That injury looked nasty.
Back off Warchild seriously.

Quick google search says 2-6 weeks depending on which ligaments and how bad. I bet he's back by TCU

Further down on his page, he said he hopes to sit out just one week ... which is FANTASTIC news. Sit out Montana State and the bye week, and even A&M if necessary (you too, Shead). Get 100% healthy.

So glad it's not worse!

I really hope we take out Johnny Paycheck in that game. Could you imagine if we injured him and he had to sit out the rest of the year.

I never wish for injuries, but Manziel is the exception. Sweep the leg Johnny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't it bad karma to wish for things like that?
