Sure, but they were ranked #20. Wash State has been horrible for many years. Worst BCS program.

My bet is ND moves up in the polls cause it was a 'quality' loss for them. I remember one year ND lost their first two games and moved up in the polls both times. I do hope they make a BSC bowl and we get to play them cause they are consistently overrated and only do one thing in BSC games, get blown out!
