What To Do About Stephon Sanders?

Is this guy playing the right position in COLLEGE Football? I've been carefully watching his games the last 2 weeks on replays. 250 poind LBs in College are pretty easy to exploit-that's why college LBs now are generally 235 or less range. The guy is a force within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage but appears to be no man's land in coverage. I'm to the point that I think he would be more effective in COLLEGE in the DLine-although he would have to gain some weight

Use him like the Cowboys used Demarcus Ware in their "3-4" last year. Cowboys scheme said 3-4, but I believe DWare rushed on about 90% of the snaps.

don't you think he would be a bit undersized for a down lineman for us - I know you said he would have to gain weight - but his big gift is the pass rush and he would never get around end in a 3-4 no matter how big he got.
I think we just blitz him more from the strong side (outside) LB since he cant cover anyone anyway - and cause havoc in the backfield.

I'd stand him up and rush the QB about 70% of the time. Then the issue is who would drop back in coverage in his place. In an interview with Robert Seals, he said that Sanders is the best pass coverage LB we have (therein lies our problem).

Our team seems better suited, personnel wise, for a 4-3 front. I'm not sure how that's possible in year six of the JJ/Mason marriage but whatever

Maybe Reinblod has written a book on it.

Looks like an NFL guy to me. How can we have so many recent players make NFL rosters but we have been so average the past three years at the college level with just a few big wins against quality opponents.

I would like to see something along these lines. I don't like it when defenses let offenses put their top defenders in disadvantaged positions just because they play a 3rd wr or whatever.

Why have we had so many players in the NFL but so little success on the field? B.c our receivers haven't been very good - they can't get open and can't catch.
Throw an Emmanuel Sanders or two on the field for us and we have a pretty nice offense. But we don't have that.
