I want to throw up

Just turned on ESPN (Monday AM) and they're interrupting SportsCenter to carry Mack Brown's press conference on canning his defensive coordinator.
This is disgraceful. If the Horns were good this year, MAYBE you jump in for a quote about "he's gone, the other guy's in." But THAT's IT. Brown just went through talking about their next opponent (Ole Miss), injury update, what a swell guy the outgoing DC is, etc.
I get it. The Longhorn Network is related to ESPN, but force-feeding an unranked program that has been losing steam in recent years is insulting and a little nauseating.

Yeah, ESPN is the worst. Notice they also force feed us Lakers, LeBron, Cowboys, RG3, Tiger Woods 24/7 too.

Let's face it. ESPN has a very slow week in sports since SMU is off this week. Gotta fill that time somehow.

This is what happens when you have a news channel, whether it's CNN, ESPN, etc. that has to report the news 24/7. You get thing that aren't news beign presented as such to fill blank space.
It stinks, but whatever.

I think you might have more things at SMU to be concerned about than Mack Brown being on ESPN. You can always turn it to another channel. If it is that bad I why did you watch it?
