But in June's defense, he never coached Michael Oher from the Blindside movie. (I kid, I kid)
The real answer? No.

Eh.
Bill Belichick doesn't show any emotion or passion, and he's done fine.
I understand going after JJ for the losses, but his sideline demeanor isn't the problem.

Agreed, demeanor means nothing, winning means everything. Let's focus on that.

Oh, the same guy who runs our team off the field, tail tucked between their legs while the band is ready to play Varsity. So what if you lost to Tulane, stick around for the alma mater and own up to it.

I don't think you can compare NFL with college. In college you've got to have an energetic, sales person leading the way. Sure there are exceptions to this rule but a program like ours needs a salesman. I know I'm beating a dead horse, but we need coach who thinks recruiting is the life of a program. This needs to happen a lot sooner than later. The fate of this program depends on it.

Belichick is pretty ticked off after a loss. In fact it seems he is ticked off most of the time as opposed to no emotion. Just sayin.

This bollocks has to stop. JJ's demeanor has been the same in pretty much every picture I've ever seen of him. The same at Hawaii, the same at Atlanta, San Diego, etc. attacking him for his demeanor just makes our fans look petulant and needy. Phil Bennett was passionate, did that make y'all want him to stay?

I caught an interview recently where someone was asking about how he treats his players like they are already pros and doesn't hold their hands and that's why they have success in the NFL ("you see all these guys get to the pros who've had their hands held and for the first time, responsibility is demanded of them and they fold"). I like that, but there's a balance. I don't need a coach yelling and screaming all the time (quite the opposite) but I'd like him to show more passion for sure. I think he wants the players to "motivate" each other and he thinks it's more effective anyway. I don't know. I'm not like that - I'd be yelling and look like Patterson. There are a lot of very successful and different styles (LB vs Phil Jackson for example). Bottom line is I think on the collegiate level you need to be more vocal and the players need some positive reinforcement at times, especially when the game is in the balance and they need just a little extra push . . . there are ways to do it and keep it positive . . .

I think he was a bit more animated at Hawaii. At least when I saw replays of there games.

When your team consistently comes out flat and unprepared you're open to criticism. His demeanor, look on the sideline doesn't really bother me, other than the black shirt. We are Yale blue, Harvard Crimson and white. Those are our school colors.

Varsity is overrated - just go to the house like the old days

At least he gave the perception that he cared. Why would you want someone in charge of any organization that appears like they never give a flying [deleted]? It's a trickle down affect.

The Varsity towers o'er the hill, over there.
