You can tell tv doesn't care as they threw a historic rivalry on a 11am time frame. I rather not even have it on tv and make it an epic 7pm game... That's just me tho. Also pretty surprise (unless it's normal) that they're only scheduled out til 2017. I think if tcu really wanted to end our program all they have to do is stop playing us, sadly, really wish we in the big 12 conference...

With so many rivalries fading, it is nice to see ESPN recognizing ours with TCU. Now we need to go beat the Froggies and make it 2-1 for the last 3 seasons.

I'll take TV at 11 AM over no TV during Prime Time. At least we will be seen by some folks that otherwise don't know squat about SMU. And winning would really be a plus.
And the Rivalry, since so many are going by the realignment wayside, might just be the marketing angle we need to get more attention and desirability moving forward.

I don't mind the 11am KO. Works for UT/OU and it gives SMU fans the entire afternoon to fill the bars and restaurants of Sundance Square and the Stockyards with Red and Blue, celebrating a huge win going into our first AAC championship tilt.

Personally I like the 11AM start time and will take TV any time on a Saturday. Friday night is the absolute worst slot for this game.

It's amazing how so many people all know TCU but have never heard of SMU around here. I'm glad, too, ESPN is at least still recognizing it.

We just need to make it onto the Top 10 list (in a positive light); then a lot more people will see us. C'mon #1 play of the day!

It sounds like the rain is coming in the afternoon so the 11:00 a.m. start is outstanding. Let's officially stop the bitchin' about the 11:00 start

I was thinking the same thing. Don't need the Monsoon Part II.

Wait a tick....."SMU would love nothing more than to go back to Fort Worth and STEAL ANOTHER WIN like in 2011." Did Mr. Jones write this article ?

Its also noon Eastern time. Lots of TV's in the Eastern time zone. The good and bad news is that its on FS1 which is hard to find and which has Erin Andrews in the studio.

Rangers moved up their game from 7 pm to 11 am b/c of the expected rain....so yay for 11 am. Lots of mimosas and bloody mary's for pregame.
