I won't say "good game" SMU

You played tough in the 1st half but it was more due to TCU's O playing like crap honestly. I'll give credit to your defensive line for pressuring Boykin into that mess in the 1st half. Good atmosphere for the game. Another rainy skillet game but ironically, the rain seemed to get the fan base pumped up. Yenga is a beast.
Good luck the rest of the season. See Ya next year.

Don't worry Johnny! Your TCwho team will see an SMU staff (Larry Brown) & team that cares 41 days at the American Airlines Center. . . As bad a whipping the Horny Toads gave SMU on the gridiron, expect SMU to give TCwho just as bad a beat down on the hardwood.

I don't think WCJ meant it in a taunting way. He is just telling the truth. We did not play a good game.

Yes, that's right. I want to be friendly & a good sport without being patronizing.

I know you didn't mean it in a taunting way Johnny. . . But, what I said about SMU's basketball team & Larry Brown is true. . . You will see a 180 degree difference between June & Larry when SMU has a 30 point victory on 11/8 over TCU

He took it easy on us if you ask me. We looked like a high school team, starting with the coaching. It is a crime what is happening to this team.

We have to hang our hat on something.

And by the way...this game was lost on signing day.

Not a fair comparison. Today you saw a bottom half Big 12 team wake up and beat a bad and uninspired SMU team; in 41 days you'll see a top-notch SMU basketball program destroy the complete laughing stock of the Big 12.

Somewhat surprised to read this post from you. I don't disagree; this just seems to be a departure from your usual position, unless I'm mistaken.

No...I'm off the June wagon and have been since ASU. I will always support this team and school no matter what, but I think we must make a change and I think it needs to happen before the end of the season. I am petrified they will extend him after he wins three or four against horrible competition.
A good young staff could do wonders here.

I saw a lot of our kids playing hard, so this is not on players or most of their effort. It is the coaching, game preparation, and talent gap.

I thought your team played hard. The mismatch of the game was your wide receivers against our corners & safeties. Gilbert held the ball too long because none of his receivers could get open. Your O-Line did OK on pass pro, but they can't hold blocks all day.
