the agony of defeat
Posted: Sat Oct 05, 2013 4:13 pmdidn't quit, made some great plays and all that but the ending is brutal. the 3rd and 24 before that? ouch. The season hung in the balance and turned the wrong way, would have been a good win, now we are really under water. I did't think the first half turnout was bad for an 11am game and the weather. Uniform were fantastic looking. 80s theme game presentation was very well done and fun. The day had everything but the right ending. You knew we were in trouble, i guess you have to kick on 4th and 3, but i dunno, our D had little chance to stop em there and we all knew it. would have like to have seen June go for it instead of kicking.
