He has earned the trust of Romo especially on critical 3rd down plays to move the chains. The Dallas WR corp is arguably the best in football right now.

I think Denver's receivers might argue that but yes, when Miles comes back healthy the Cowboys are strong. A beast and probably a top 3-5 receiver in the league in Dez. A fast, deep threat in Miles. Talented, fast young guys in Williams and Harris. A good young slot receiver in Cole and still one of the best TEs in the game in Witten.

Don't forget about Escobar as well. He's had some nice grabs this season as well.

I'm not going to argue that Escobar will turn into a good player but the fact that the Cowboys drafted a TE in the second round when they have huge needs on defense and the o-line highlights what is wrong with the organization - the GM doesn't have a clue.
