I have a hard time believing it was anywhere near this number. There must have been a lot of parents there for the weekend that bought tix and did not go to the game. 12-14k more like it.

I think they mean 1,943 and a 6 year old. I brought the 6 year old.

Considering the corrected official attendance for Montana St. was just a shade over 15K, I'd like this guy to count the money in my pocket because I'll be a much richer man. Not sure anyone could argue there were more there this week than the Montana St. game.

I missed it. Sorry. Coached a youth baseball game. Was hoping baseball would get rained out so I could go to the Rutgers game. Should have gone to the Rutgers game-I nearly killed a kid sending him home from 3rd base on an errant throw. Oh well, he was safe.

Need to move the camera platforms from the west stands over to the east stands.

There were not 20K in the stands at the beginning, but at least 15K.

Nope

There were more cheerleaders in the upper north end zone than the west stands at kickoff

Why do we always argue the count? Our attendance sucks no matter 20K or 15K.

got lots of comments from my Clemson and South Carolina friends about the empty stands (they did enjoy that 2 pt conversion with the empty stands in the background)

Probably boosted by season ticket holders buying the $19.83 tickets just for the t-shirt.

yes, very dumb - gets really old. Our fans are very weak regardless of Jones and excuses. SMU fans will leave if they are the least bit inconvenienced.

11am, bad weather, and bad losses will do that...

There were lots of people there at kickoff. And there were tons of little cheerleaders/parents that huddled under the stadium waiting for the halftime performance.

Once the rain hit in the first quarter people started to spill out of the stadium. So if you saw TV during the second half it was embarrassing how many people were actually left ( this coming from someone who had to leave at the half).

Also tickets scanned matter and not tickets sold.

So let's just show up, all of us, students too, bring friends, keep the dogs at home, bring our soccer and T Ball teams, and raise a little hell at the Temple game. So we don't have to hash this topic out again. Temple's mascot, no clue??? Beat what ever they are!
