Me: "Siri, what was the final score of the TCU versus Texas football game last night?"
Siri: "TCU was pummeled by Texas by the score of 30 to 7 last night."

Not sure what that has to do with his post but whatever.
Patterson is still a fat sweaty oaf.

Just sounds like petty sour grapes to me.

I look forward to the day we can take pride I SMU's accomplishments and not have to celebrate TCU's failures. You know TCU people are hurting because they are struggling in what is a down year for the Big XII

i look forward to that day as well, but until then i will just have to celebrate TCU's failures. Its a decent consolation prize.

so you think this team deserves to go to a bowl with our best victories over No. 98 Montana St, No. 99 Memphis and No. 119 Temple? If we can't beat several of the average teams on our schedule needed to get to 6 then we don't deserve a bowl. Rutgers is sitting at about No. 72, Cincinnati at No. 65. If we don't go to a Bowl it will because we can't beat mid-conference mediocre teams

Well said, but what does it have to do with this thread?

Try reading the immediately preceding message. What does your post have to do with this thread.

Maybe I am missing a post. No one said anything about SMU going to a bowl or deserving to go to a bowl from what I see. My post quoted your post so it was obvious which post I was responding to and what it had to do with the thread. You should look into the quote function.

message got deleted-big [deleted]' deal. He said that SMU would end up 5-7 and its too bad we aren't going to bowl because of poor scheduling.

Makes more sense now. Even more reason to learn how to use the quote function, preserves the post before it is deleted I believe.

I appreciate the original post. Thought it was humerous and I would have thought so regardless of what 2 teams were named.

I will always enjoy TCU losses no matter what our record is and that will never change.

I for one would be happy to have TCU's "failures"…and their coach, sweat and all.
